If someone feels the desire to alter their dogs to prevent potentially contributing to our animal overpopulation, we are willing to help where we can. The same goes for anyone that are concerned about keeping their dogs healthy through vaccinations and prevention but are not able to financially. We will gladly chip in for temporary help.
